My father Red Peryea started this business in 1980 as a small job handyman and gardening business. I (Mike) started working for him in 1981. The business grew rapidly in to a construction and landscaping company. My father ran the construction company while I ran the landscape side of the company. Years later my father wanted me to run his construction jobs to further my knowledge in the construction field. Red retired in 2012 and i took the company over and have continued to offer "A-1" quality service in both construction and landscaping. Here at A-1 we have proudly served the valley for over 40 years and stood the test of time. I am proud to be a "Start to Finish" company.
